Maintain and monitor financial records, reconcile bank and credit card statements, pay vendors and sub-contractors invoices; create clients invoices, research, and materials procurement. Prepare estimates/proposals, establish standards and procedures. Must have knowledge of G-suite, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks. Document financial transaction details, process accounts payable and receivable, and fact-check accounting data. Can work remote.

Some of the tasks: collaborate on project plans, schedules, and resource requirements, act as a liaison between teams and facilitate communication.
Organize project documentation, contracts, permits, create, update project reports, assist in budget preparation, ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Develop, update project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, address and resolve issues, enforce safety protocols.
